  The #epichunters server is Nanius’s brainchild. He invited me to join when we were in GoD Barracks together. From what I understood, he wanted to build a place where players could ask for help, share what they’d learned, and support each other. It wasn’t fancy. It wasn’t meant to be huge. Just a quiet little corner for a few friends who loved the game and wanted to get better at it. Little did he know that something meant for a handful of players would take on a life of its own and grow exponentially. I don’t think he was prepared for it either.   I only found out about BBX when CMT brought it up while we were looking for a new clan to move to together. At the time, Mambo was the recruiter, so I messaged him. What followed felt less like a clan application and more like a full-blown CIA background check. “How long have you been playing?” “What’s your history?” “Is this your main account or an alt?” “Which clans have you been in?” In the end, I wasn’t accepted. Apparently, I didn’t have enough badges—which they saw as a sign of low activity. CMT and Maed got in. I didn’t. So, I went to SYN instead. At SYN, I was happy for a while, and BBX sort of faded into the background—until it didn’t.
